The Mission​

I led the production of a comprehensive video suite for the Florida Farm Bureau’s flagship annual event. The goal was to produce 12 high-impact, long-form videos designed to engage thousands of attendees, celebrate agricultural achievements, and anchor the conference's visual identity.

My Role

I served as the primary bridge between the creative vision and the final delivery, wearing three essential hats:

  • Account Management: Acted as the point of contact for the Florida Farm Bureau, ensuring all content aligned with their organizational values and stakeholder expectations.

  • Production Logistics: Masterminded the scheduling and resource allocation for a multi-video pipeline, keeping a high-volume project on track under strict event deadlines.

  • Post-Production Lead: Directed the editing suite, overseeing the narrative flow, color grading, and sound design to ensure a cohesive "look and feel" across all 12 films.

The Results​

  • 100% delivery rate: â€‹All12 long-form videos were delivered ahead of the conference start date.

  • Seamless integration: The videos served as the backbone of the event’s programming, facilitating smooth transitions and professional storytelling throughout the conference.

  • Cross-platform utilization: Each long form video was repurposed and optimized to run on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook leading up to the event.

  • Client Satisfaction: Successfully translated complex agricultural topics into compelling visual narratives that resonated with the Bureau’s diverse membership.
